Niléa offers a selection of women's accessories including brass jewelry , hand-embroidered scarves , and cotton rope bags . Each creation is designed as a timeless piece, blending craftsmanship and elegance.



Where are Niléa creations manufactured?

Niléa's creations are handmade in Egypt , in collaboration with partner artisans .

Each piece is produced in small series , respecting traditional craftsmanship.


 

Are the products handmade?

Yes.

The scarves are hand-embroidered , the bags are made from cotton rope , and the jewelry is handcrafted .

Slight variations may exist from one piece to another: they are part of the unique character of each creation.



How are the materials chosen?

The materials are carefully selected for their quality and durability.

The fabrics for the scarves are chosen to facilitate hand embroidery , allowing for a precise, harmonious and durable result.


 

Do the creations comply with European standards?

📦 Delivery

Do you deliver in France and internationally?

Yes. Niléa delivers to France , the European Union , as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom .


 

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times are indicated during order confirmation and in our delivery policy.


 

Are customs fees likely to apply?

For deliveries outside the European Union (particularly Switzerland and the United Kingdom), customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.

These fees remain the responsibility of the client.



🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return, provided that the item is new, unworn and in its original packaging.


 

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective or non-compliant item.

The initial (outbound) delivery charges corresponding to the standard delivery method are refunded in accordance with our return policy.


 

Can the jewelry be returned?

For hygiene reasons, earrings intended for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged .

Are the orders packaged for gifting?

Niléa creations are carefully packaged and ready to be given as gifts.

If you would like gift wrapping , you can specify this when finalizing your order, in the "Instructions to seller" field .


 

Can I send an order directly to a relative?

Yes. It is possible to specify a different delivery address when ordering in order to send your purchase directly to the person of your choice.
