Return & Refund Policy – Niléa

At Niléa, we hope you will be fully satisfied with your order.

However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new, unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Personalized, worn, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings intended for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • The initial standard delivery costs (outbound shipping) are refunded in the event of withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or non-compliant.

  • Express or premium shipping options selected by the customer are non-refundable.

Return Procedure

  1. Please send a return request by email to contact@maison-nilea.com, stating your order number.

  2. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions based on your country.

  3. Depending on your location, a prepaid return label may be provided.

  4. If a prepaid label is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

International Returns (Outside the European Union)

For orders shipped outside the European Union (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom):

  • Customs duties and local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return procedures may vary depending on the country.

  • Initial shipping costs may not be refunded due to specific logistical and customs constraints.

Defective or Non-Conforming Items

If you receive a defective or non-conforming item:

  • Niléa will fully cover the return shipping costs.

  • An exchange or a full refund will be offered.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
