🚚 1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Each order is carefully prepared and hand-packaged in our atelier.
Orders are shipped within an average of 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or limited collections), processing times may be slightly extended.
As a small artisanal business, Maison Niléa makes every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered according to the method selected by the customer (home delivery or pickup point, depending on the country).
The applicable delivery conditions are those indicated at the time of purchase.
🇨🇭 Switzerland & 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (Outside the European Union)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import VAT in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
Maison Niléa cannot be held responsible for additional fees, delays, or administrative procedures imposed by local customs authorities.
We work with independent shipping carriers selected for their reliability, including Mondial Relay, Colissimo, and Chronopost.
At checkout, customers may choose their preferred shipping method from the available options for their country.
🎁 Gift Cards
Gift cards available on the website are digital products delivered by email.
They are not subject to shipping fees.
🔎 3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent.
You may track your parcel at any time via the carrier’s website.
💌 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the parcel, selected carrier, and destination.
They are clearly displayed before payment validation.
Maison Niléa may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
🪶 5. Delays or Lost Parcels
Maison Niléa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
In the event of a lost or undelivered parcel, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.
No compensation can be issued before the investigation is formally completed.
📬 6. Delivery & Inspection
Upon receipt, customers are invited to check the condition of the parcel and products.
In case of any issue (damaged parcel, missing item, etc.), please contact contact@maison-nilea.com within 48 hours of delivery, including supporting photos.
